Overview

Moonglade is an audience participation app for a live tabletop roleplaying show. By using the app, creating an account, joining a room, buying support tokens, or submitting support actions, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the app or buy support tokens.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account access secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information and may not use the app to impersonate another person, disrupt a show, abuse the system, or interfere with other audience members.

Support Tokens

Support tokens are optional digital items used only inside Moonglade for audience participation features. Tokens are not money, stored value, gift cards, banked funds, or a general-purpose currency. They have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or anything outside the app.

Buying or spending tokens does not guarantee any specific story outcome, performer action, character result, reply, screen time, or future access. The show team may approve, deny, modify, delay, or ignore support actions for story, safety, fairness, technical, moderation, or show-production reasons.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Moonglade does not store full card numbers, CVC codes, or bank account credentials. Prices are shown before checkout and may change over time.

Purchase records shown in Moonglade are app records for token credits. Stripe may separately provide payment receipts or payment-related notices.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. In general, used tokens are not refundable because support actions affect a live show experience. If a support action is denied inside the app, tokens may be returned to your Moonglade balance rather than refunded to your payment method.

Conduct

Do not submit unlawful, hateful, harassing, abusive, threatening, misleading, fraudulent, sexually explicit, or otherwise disruptive content. The show team may remove content, reject support actions, suspend access, or close accounts that violate these terms or harm the live experience.

Availability

The app may be unavailable, delayed, changed, or discontinued. Features, token packages, support effects, and show rules may change at any time. Moonglade is provided as-is and without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
