Overview
This policy explains what information Moonglade collects, how it is used, and how to contact the show operator about privacy questions.
Information We Collect
We may collect account information such as email address, display name, session data, and whether an account is a guest account or registered account.
We may collect participation information such as room codes entered, games joined, character pages viewed, support actions submitted, token balances, token purchases, token usage, and moderation or admin decisions related to those actions.
We may collect technical information such as IP address, browser details, cookies, request logs, and security events needed to operate, secure, debug, and improve the app.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Moonglade sends Stripe information needed to create checkout sessions, such as your email address if available, purchase amount, internal purchase reference, and token package details. Stripe collects and processes payment information under its own policies.
Moonglade does not store full card numbers, CVC codes, or bank account credentials.
How We Use Information
We use information to operate the app, authenticate accounts, remember guest or game sessions, process token purchases, display balances and purchase history, submit support actions to the show team, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, respond to support requests, and meet legal, tax, accounting, and payment-processing obligations.
Sharing
We share information with service providers that help operate the app, including payment processing, hosting, security, and support tools. We may share information if required by law, to protect the app or audience members, to investigate fraud or abuse, or to respond to payment disputes.
Cookies And Sessions
Moonglade uses cookies and similar browser storage for sign-in, guest sessions, remembered rooms, tutorial state, security, and basic app functionality. Disabling cookies may prevent parts of the app from working.
Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to operate the app, provide support, maintain purchase and usage records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal, tax, accounting, and payment-processing obligations.
Your Choices
You can contact us to request help with account access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions. Some records, especially payment, security, dispute, and accounting records, may need to be retained where legally or operationally required.
