Refund Policy

Overview

This policy applies to support token purchases made through Moonglade. Support tokens are optional digital items for audience participation in a live show experience.

Accidental Or Duplicate Purchases

If you made an accidental purchase, duplicate purchase, or believe a purchase was unauthorized, contact roleplayatthecabaret@gmail.com with the email address used at checkout and any receipt or purchase details available.

Refund requests for unused tokens are reviewed case by case. A request is more likely to be approved when it is made promptly and the tokens have not been spent.

Used Tokens

Tokens that have already been spent on support actions are generally not refundable because they may affect moderation, production, and the live show experience. If the show team denies a support action inside the app, the app may return those tokens to your Moonglade balance rather than refunding the original payment.

No Guaranteed Outcomes

Refunds are not provided simply because a support action did not create a specific story outcome, performer action, character result, reply, screen time, or audience reaction.

How Refunds Are Sent

Approved payment refunds are processed through Stripe and returned to the original payment method when possible. Bank and card processing times vary.
